Privacy
This site sets no tracking cookies, builds no profiles, and sells nothing about you. Here is the little it does handle, and why.
Who We Are
The data controller is SIA “Bebradambis”, registration No. 50203322971, Nomaļu iela 12, Egļupe, Inčukalna pagasts, Siguldas novads, LV-2141, Latvia.
For anything in this policy, write to hello@kaila.boutique.
What We Collect
- Enquiries. When you send the form: your name, email address, the line, series and month you chose, and your message. Given by you, used to answer you.
- Orders. If a purchase follows: delivery address and phone number, shared with DHL solely to deliver the piece.
- Visit statistics. The page viewed and the domain you arrived from, with a timestamp. No cookies, no IP addresses stored, no identity of any kind. Browsers with “Do Not Track” are not counted at all.
The only thing stored in your browser is the 18+ confirmation. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Why
Enquiry data is used to reply and to prepare the sale you asked about (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Order data is used to perform the contract. Anonymous visit statistics rest on our legitimate interest in knowing whether anyone visits (Art. 6(1)(f)); they cannot be traced to you.
Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared beyond the processors below.
Where It Lives
Enquiries and statistics are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). The site is served by Netlify, which also relays enquiry notifications to our mailbox. Deliveries are handled by DHL. Each acts as a processor under its own data-processing agreement.
How Long
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to two years after, then deleted. Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Raw visit statistics are deleted within twelve months.
Ask for deletion at any time: an enquiry is removed on request, no questions asked.
Your Rights
You may ask what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or take it with you. Write to hello@kaila.boutique and it is done.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
Effective 20 August 2026. If this policy changes, the change appears here first.
