The House
KAILA is a life-cast sculpture house. Every piece begins on a living person: the mould is taken from skin, and the cast keeps what no digital model can invent: pores, pressure marks, the tremor of a held pose.
What you place in your room was, for a few minutes, someone’s actual skin. That is the whole promise, and the reason a KAILA reads as presence, not decoration.
The Real Body
No idealisation, no slimming, no smoothing. Pores, folds and asymmetry stay in.
The Artefact
Seams, bubbles and pressure marks are the signature of the process. They stay, and we name them.
The Edition Logic
Edition repeats, Atelier never does. The distinction is absolute, wherever a piece is sold.
The Room
A KAILA is made to be lived with, not archived. Scale, weight and finish are decided against real interiors.
The Catalogue
Series are named for cities. The city sets the finish temperament, from bare Athens cream to the staged chaos of New York. Six works from the current catalogue:

A bare torso in unpainted cream, crossed by a crimson cord. The cord is the only event; everything else is skin, kept exactly as the cast found it.

A reclining form in bare finish, a hand resting with lacquered red nails. The gesture is unrepeatable: cast once, it stays exactly where it settled.

A minimal torso in ocean blue. No detail competes with the purity of the form; the colour acts as silence, letting the shape speak entirely on its own.

A chest and hand in brushed silver, gold breaking through the surface. The metal gives the gesture the weight of bronze: a moment treated as an artefact.

A compact form in deep red, speckled black under a high gloss. The surface reads as mineral, geology settling over a human curve.

A torso in burnt copper, staged among gilded ferns and found print. The chaos is deliberate; the body holds the centre while the room argues around it.
Bare, natural, skin-toned. Classical restraint, one accent at most.
Saturated and high-gloss. Emerald, ocean, magenta: colour as the whole event.
Metallic. Gold leaf, oxidised bronze, brushed silver. Weight and age.
Mineral and speckled. Deep reds, teals, geological surfaces.
Industrial and staged. Concrete textures, found objects, deliberate chaos.
The Lines
Four ways to own a KAILA. Serial pieces and commissioned one-offs live in the same catalogue without undermining each other.
Reproduced from the original cast in consistent colourways. Identical in form, individual in placement.
Collectors · Interiors · RetailSame cast, divergent finish. Layered patinas and colour combinations that exist once. Commissionable, not replicable.
Collectors · GalleriesSelected pieces within a city series, produced in a strictly limited run.
Collectors · Investment buyersCast to commission. The client shapes form, scale and detail alongside the atelier.
Private clients · HospitalitySmaller works and single-colour finishes from €350 · larger works from €550 · full-body casts from €750. The exact quote comes with the piece (size, finish, destination) before anything is paid. Every piece arrives with its story on paper and its series number marked inside the cast. The terms.
The Calendar
Every cast is taken, cured and finished by hand. One seal, one piece. The atelier completes at most forty pieces a month; when a month is full, it is full.
The atelier plans one season at a time. Life is short; the work is not.
Capacity: 40 casts / month · One seal = one piece
